But Nina knew he couldn't do anything, much like she couldn't when he tormented her. The only difference (and reason for the bindings) being that he definitely would try to fight back.
"I figured it was time for a little payback, if I'm honest. I let you get away with a lot of shit last time and, frankly, I don't appreciate being humiliated."
She pulled her foot back to properly straddle his bare chest, blade spun between her fingers before the tip was stabbed downward, paused just before it slid into his pectoral. "I figured this was a language you understood." She pressed the tip into his skin, dragged it down slowly, just deep enough to begin to bleed.
