He takes her direction, tilting his chin up further to lick into her more. He doesn't really have a clue what technique to use, so he tries a few different things, still focusing on that little bud. He licks up and down, circles around it, tries the flat of his tongue, then the tip of it. Flicks against it. All the while listening for her reactions or further instructions.
